About
iStock Kitchen is an independent British brand. We don't make air fryers and we don't resell someone else's catalogue. We design the liners, racks and complete sets that go inside the air fryer.
The people behind it
I started iStock Kitchen in 2022, while I was at university, with one simple idea: an air fryer liner should fit the drawer it's made for. Four years and more than 80,000 accessories later, that idea hasn't changed. Every design still starts here in Bath, with one air fryer model, measured and designed to fit.
Jamie runs our warehouse in Bath. He checks and packs our stock before it goes out to you, and he's a big part of why everything runs as smoothly as it does.

Where it started
At university, our shared air fryer was used every day and cleaned almost never. So I bought a silicone liner, sold as made for my exact model.
It went in the drawer, but it covered only about 70% of the cooking area, and its ridges were so shallow the food sat in the oil.
It was compatible. It just hadn't been designed for that air fryer. So I designed one that was.
How we design
01
The exact dimensions and internal shape of one drawer.
02
Ridge height, airflow, and where the oil goes.
03
How people actually cook with that air fryer.
If one liner can't fit two air fryers properly, we design two.
