Returns, made simple.
Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Faulty items are replaced free for a year. Here's how each one works.
Changed your mind
Returning an unused item.
- 01Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- 02We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- 03Send the item back unused, in its original condition. Return postage is paid by you.
- 04We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
Please don't send returns to our registered office.
Our London address is a registered office, not a returns address, and items sent there can't be processed. We'll always give you the right address.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
We'll put it right.
If something arrives damaged, the wrong item turns up, or a product develops a fault within 12 months, we'll put it right at no cost to you. Send us your order number and a photo or two of the problem. If we need the item back, we'll cover the postage.
Bought on Amazon
Amazon orders return through Amazon.
Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account and choose Return or replace items. Amazon's returns policy applies to these orders.
If a product is faulty, you can also contact us directly. Our 1-Year Assurance covers Amazon purchases in the same way as website orders.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Your statutory rights
This policy and the 1-Year Assurance are in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, and don't affect them.
