Fit
How do I find the right product for my air fryer?
Use Shop by model and choose your air fryer. You'll only see products made for it. Your model number is on the rating label, usually on the base or back of the air fryer.
My air fryer isn't listed. Will anything fit?
We only list a product for a model once it fits properly, so if yours isn't listed, we don't make one for it yet. Email us your model number. It helps us decide what to design next.
Do I need to remove the crisper plate?
For the Ninja SL400, SL300 and AF140, yes: take the crisper plate out before fitting the liner. Each product page tells you if your model needs it.
Using and cleaning
Are the liners dishwasher safe?
Yes. All our silicone liners are dishwasher safe, and the top rack is best. You can also wash them by hand in warm, soapy water.
Will my food still crisp?
Yes. AirFlow Pro™ liners have 15mm raised ridges that lift food off the base, so hot air reaches underneath and the food isn't left sitting in oil.
Can I cook eggs, batter or food in oil?
Yes, with FlexBase™. It drops into the liner and turns the ridged surface into a flat base, so you can cook eggs, batter and anything cooked in oil. Our flat baking liners work well too.
What are they made from?
Food-grade silicone, the same material across the whole range. It has been independently tested by SGS for food contact, and we publish the full report.
Ranges and sets
What's the difference between AirFlow Pro™ and Original™?
AirFlow Pro™ is our main range, with 15mm raised ridges that lift food higher off the base for crisper results. Original™ uses a convex raised-ridge design and costs less. Both are made for specific models.
What is AirFlow Max™?
A full-width liner with a removable divider, made for the Ninja AF500UK's flexible drawer.
What's in a complete set?
Everything for one air fryer: liners, racks and skewers, plus accessories such as FlexBase™, baking liners, egg cups, pinch mitts or a waffle tray. Contents vary by model and are listed on each product page.
Delivery and returns
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery is free on every UK order. Order before 4pm and it's normally with you the next day. We dispatch seven days a week, but next-day delivery isn't guaranteed, and bank holidays or carrier delays can add a day.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not from this website. We deliver to UK addresses only. Customers in Germany can buy iStock Kitchen on Amazon.de.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll send you the return address.
I bought on Amazon. How do I return it?
Through your Amazon account: go to Your Orders and choose Return or replace items. If the product is faulty, you can also come straight to us.
Assurance and support
What does the 1-Year Assurance cover?
Faults in materials or manufacture that appear under normal household use, for 12 months after purchase, whether you bought from us or on Amazon. If it's covered, we replace it free.
How do I request a replacement?
Use the request form with your order number and a photo of the problem. We reply within 24 hours on working days.
