Your order is dispatched the same day.

We send your tracking link as soon as it ships.

Normally next day
Your parcel is normally delivered the following day.
Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the following day.
When it can take longer
Next-day delivery is our standard, not a guarantee. Bank holidays, severe weather and carrier delays can occasionally add a day or two, and deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands can take longer.
Tracking your parcel
We email your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Your parcel may be delivered by one of several UK carriers, so the tracking page may not show our name.
Outside the UK
We deliver to UK addresses only. Customers in Germany can buy iStock Kitchen on Amazon.de.
Parcel not arrived?
If your tracking hasn't moved, or your order hasn't arrived within three days of dispatch, tell us and we'll sort it out.
