What's covered
- A split, tear or crack that appears under normal household use
- A fault in the material or in the way it was made
- A product that arrives damaged
- A product that doesn't fit the air fryer model it was sold for
What isn't covered
- Normal wear, such as staining or discolouration from cooking
- Cuts or damage from knives and sharp utensils
- Damage from direct contact with the heating element or an open flame
- Accidental damage, misuse or modification

Assurance or return?
Returns are for unused items within 30 days of delivery. The Assurance is for faults that appear during normal use, for 12 months after purchase.
The 1-Year Assurance is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and doesn't affect them.
