Why this exists
I didn’t set out to make another air fryer accessory. I set out to make the one that should have existed already.
It started with a liner that claimed to fit, but left nearly a third of the drawer unused and barely elevated the food. It fitted inside. It was not designed around the drawer.
Unused cooking area
The liner sits inside the drawer, but a wide band of cooking area is left unused.

Wide unused perimeter

Minimal elevation
Food sat close to collected oil.
The starting point
It began with a shared air fryer nobody wanted to clean.
At university, our shared air fryer was used constantly and rarely cleaned properly. I searched Amazon for a reusable liner advertised for the exact model and expected that to solve the problem.
It went inside the drawer, but that was about the extent of the fit.
The liner used only around 70% of the available cooking area, leaving a wide unused perimeter. Its ridges were so shallow that the food sat close to the oil and residue collecting below.
It was technically compatible. It just had not been designed for that air fryer.

You buy an air fryer for its capacity. The liner should not take that capacity away.
Capacity is one of the reasons people choose one air fryer over another. A liner should protect the drawer without unnecessarily reducing the cooking area inside it.
Space left unused
More of the drawer stays usable
The original liner that prompted the business used only around 70% of the drawer area. Exact differences vary between products and models.
How the range evolved
From one liner to a complete cooking system.
What began as one model-specific liner expanded into different drawer formats, cooking surfaces and complete systems. Each designed around the appliance it serves.

Original™ for Ninja AF400UK
The model-specific starting point. Designed around the drawer rather than a generic appliance category.
Still built one model at a time.
New products still begin with the appliance itself: its dimensions, its drawer layout and the way people actually use it.
The catalogue may be larger. The standard has not changed.

Custom moulds developed
Founded in 2022 · Designed and developed in Bath, UK
Every new design starts with
- 01 — Fit: The exact drawer dimensions and internal geometry.
- 02 — Function: The cooking surface, airflow and oil management.
- 03 — Use: How people actually cook with that appliance.
The principle
Not “fits many.”Designed for yours.
We would rather develop a dedicated product for one air fryer than compromise one design to cover several.
